Case Folder Label Print

Case Folder labels are printed from the CaMS Main Menu.

From CaMS Main Menu

Click: Documents

Click: Case Folder Label

The label will automatically print to the designated label printer in the Office/Satellite. Please contact your system administrator if you have any questions regarding the label printer(s).

Information printed on the Case Folder Label:

  • Consumer's Name: Last, First, MI
  • Address: Primary
  • Email Address
  • Phone (Primary)
  • Counselor
  • Referral Source Code
  • County
  • Case ID Number
  • Mainframe Case ID Number

Note: If Phone Number includes an extension, the extension will print on case folder label.
