Written Directions to Utica District Office
From East/West - Take Thruway Exit 31, Genesee Street South. Make a right turn onto Genesee Street. Travel over bridge into Downtown Utica. The State Office Building will be on the left, directly across from the Radisson Hotel.
From North/South – Via Route 12, exit to Whitesboro/Downtown Utica. Bear left to 5S/ Downtown Utica. Turn right onto Genesee Street. The State Office Building will be on the left, directly across from the Radisson Hotel.
