There are a number of considerations that may affect the process/outcome of an individual’s program. By documenting and updating these concerns, staff has access to current important considerations regarding counseling, program development and placement. These may include historical considerations (e.g., History of threats and/or violence towards staff) or current concerns (e.g., Gender specific counselor needed).
Optional. Future Considerations may be documented for reference. Note the vertical and horizontal scroll bars; these indicate that there is more information to scroll through.
To select the appropriate Future Consideration(s) for the individual:
Click to highlight one or more of the Available Future Considerations. In the picture above(?), three options were clicked. If you highlight an option and would like to remove the highlight, click again; clicking will turn the highlight on and off the individual options. Note the horizontal and vertical scroll bars which allow you to see more items.
Click: Add button. The identified considerations will be moved to Selected Future Considerations specific to the individual.
To remove a Selected Future Consideration and return it to the Available Special Considerations:
Click to highlight one or more of Selected Special Considerations that need to be removed. Note the horizontal and vertical scroll bars to see more items.
Click: Remove button. The identified considerations will be removed to the Available Special Considerations.
