Remove Contact Record

To remove a Contact from a Case Load Listing:

Open the Contact to the screen

Click: Case Assignment Tab

Point: Available Special Programs

Click: Contact – Remove from CaMS

Click: Add >>

Click: Save
or
Click: Save Icon

Overnight, if the ‘Do Not Destroy File’ checkbox on the Personal Demographics Tab is not checked, an end-of-day job will remove the Contact from the Case Load Listing.
