A Template may be viewed within a case or outside of a case. If the Template is viewed outside of a case, it may be edited. If viewed within a case, the information is disabled (grayed out) and cannot be edited.
A Template is viewed from the Identify/View Template list. Access the Identify/View Template List via the Search Template function (outside of a case) or the Search/Apply Template function (within a case). Select (highlight) the Template to be viewed.
