This package contains time sensitive material for reporting services delivered and claiming reimbursement for Supported Employment from VESID.  Please make sure that they are delivered to the person responsible for claiming reimbursement. 

This is to transmit the Reimbursement Guidelines for Supported Employment for your Supported Employment contract with VESID for the period beginning October 1, 2009. 

Please review these guidelines and contact the appropriate person from VESID if you have any questions.

Please note: Submission due dates to send VES-416’s to your local VESID District Office have changed effective for the 2009-10 contract year. VES-416 submissions are due on the 22nd of the month following the month of service. The District Office will enter approved services into the automated payment processing system no later than the 8th of the second month following the month of service.  The Cumulative Utilization Detail Report will also be sent approximately one week later under this new schedule.
