Dear Students:
Unfortunately, your school will be closing on June 30, 2017. The purpose of this letter is to advise you of your rights in this situation.
- Students scheduled to graduate before the above date, will continue training in the Hicksville school. The school will remain licensed and accredited until it closes. Post-graduation services will be provided by the Levittown school.
- The remainder of the students, who will not complete by June 30, 2017, will be offered a transfer to other locations of Brittany Beauty Academy: at 3274 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown, NY 11756, or at 500 8th Ave, 8th Floor, Manhattan, NY 10018, or at 375 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11209, or at 210 East 188th Street, 2nd Floor, Bronx, NY 10458. You will be able to continue your education where you left off in Hicksville at no additional cost. All the four schools are licensed and accredited.
- If you decide not to accept the transfer to any of the schools, Brittany will issue a full refund on your behalf, with all monies returned to their original sources. Please note, if you opt for the refund, you will not receive a transcript.
