CRS Authorizations for 2026, CRS Rebid Services, and CRS Contract Amendments Posted November 4, 2025
This document provides guidance on the process for requesting 2026 CRS authorizations and the use of Draft Authorizations for existing CRS vendors awarded new services through the CRS Rebid and existing CRS vendors awaiting contract amendment.
2026 CRS Rates Posted October 28, 2025
New Rates for Core Rehabilitation Services have been established for services provided between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
ASE 2026 Authorizations for 578x Posted September 23, 2025
All existing 2025 578X authorizations will end 12/31/2025 and new authorizations will need to be generated by ACCES-VR for 2026. We will start creating these authorizations around mid-November. In preparation for that, we wanted to share some reminders and updated guidance.
