Subject: New Licensing Services Clerk Joins BPSS

Mr. Thomas Dalton joined the BPSS staff on September 22, 2016, as a new Licensing Services Clerk in the Albany office.

Mr. Dalton will be taking on all the responsibilities that Chelsea Hildebrandt held in BPSS.  He comes with a ton of customer services experience that he gained from owning his own lawn servicing business and his couple years at the Comptroller’s Office.
