ACCES-VR's State Rehabilitation Council provides advice and support to the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) Office of Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) on behalf of individuals with disabilities and their families regarding the delivery of effective vocational rehabilitation services leading to competitive integrated employment for New Yorkers with disabilities:
