"ACCES-VR has been an instrumental partner in identifying and providing initial supports for new staff working in the food service department at Siena College. As part of both Siena College and AVI Foodsystems Inc. core values which embody inclusivity, service to others and sensitivity toward all people, the knowledge and compassion of the ACCES-VR staff has allowed us to grow our team members with disabilities as independent and important individuals. We have a long-standing relationship with the North Colonie School District program introducing transitioning students into trial work experiences throughout the school year due to our affiliation with ACCES-VR. We now also have begun working with Albany High School’s Culinary students, engaging as both a food service company and a campus community. "
