Pre-ETS Vendor Summit 2025

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming ACCES-VR Pre-ETS Vendor Summit, which will be held on the following dates and locations:

  • Upstate NY Vendors: In Syracuse, NY on June 2nd-3rd at the Syracuse Marriott.
  • Downstate NY Vendors: In Tarrytown, NY on May 28th-29th at the Westchester Marriott.

Both Summits will begin at noon on the first day and conclude at 1:00 p.m. on the second day.

This Summit promises to be an exceptional event, bringing together Pre-ETS experts, providers, VR staff and more, to share knowledge, insights, and strategies on Pre-Employment Transition Services. Topics will include best practices in partnering with schools and engaging students, deliverable report writing, contract utilization, and highlighting standout Pre-ETS curricula.

The first 100 rooms for each event will be complementary and paid for by ACCES-VR. Overnight accommodations will be available only to vendors residing more than an hour drive from the conference location. We will provide two meals: a light working lunch upon arrival on day one and a working continental breakfast on day two. Vendors will be responsible for their own transportation costs to/from the conference. All parking will be complimentary.

Please note: We have capacity for 200 attendees and 100 complementary rooms available at the each of the Summits. You may register up to three staff, but we can only guarantee one room per vendor. Once we’ve hit capacity, we will contact each vendor with registration confirmation details. We will ensure all interested vendors are able to have at least one staff member attend.
